List of Ingredients-

  1. Shrimp – 4  Pieces clean.   
  2. Scallop – 2 Pieces.
  3. Squid   –  2 Tube clean cut into big cube size.
  4. Mussels – 4 Pieces.
  5. Whitefish – 5 to 7 Cube. OR Salman.
  6. Chop garlic – 2 t-Spoon.
  7. Onion – Half cube.
  8. Oyster sauce – 1 Tablespoon.
  9. Soya sauce – 1 Tablespoon.
  10. Homemade sambal 1 Tablespoon. Optional or use Lil chop chili few drop vinegar and 1 spoon tomato ketchup.
  11. Mix bell pepper cubes – half each.
  12. Corn starch for thickness (not too thick).
  13. Coriander or spring onion for finishing and garnishing.
  14. Cooking oil.

Preparation-

  • Blanched the whitefish or salmon with light salt and pepper water, keep separate. otherwise it will break during mixing.
  • Take a woke pan (Kadai) heat it up add oil add chop garlic saute for one minute.
  • After add onion, bell pepper cube keep sauteing for 2 min in high flame.
  • Add shrimp, squid, scallops, mussels  or you can use other seafood as well depend on availability but don’t use much soft fish.
  • Keep sauteing for 2 to 3 minutes. add soya, oyster, sambal sauce, and one cup water. Reduce the flame high to medium cook for 2 minutes.
  • Once the seafood cooked, add thickness agent add some spring onion mix for 30 seconds.

SERVE  HOT-

Make sure the sizzling plate is well hot, put some blanched cabbage on top it will help to protect the seafood from burning. place it on the wooden base. Add soft fish first, then put all seafood and vegetables on top. sprinkle some coriander or spring onion for Garnish. A small piece of butter in a corner the smoke will come up. HERE WE GO.
